Coachman Ridge

Welcome to our beautiful neighborhood! From our wide streets and mature trees, to the quaint street lamps and large, private lots, you can feel a sense of community and pride. Our neighborhood was built in the late 1980s and is ideally situated in Matthews, just 10 miles south east of Charlotte, NC. There are 89 homes in our community that have many different floor plans and offer traditional, transitional and contemporary style homes. Floor plans range from 3-7 bedrooms with 2800-5100 sq ft, finished basements, vaulted ceilings, lofts, granite countertops, and hardwood floors. Many homes are equipped with in-ground pools. The Coachman Ridge HOA's goal is to bring neighbors together, and encourage community involvement to support a high quality of life for our residents, while also increasing the value of our homes.

We are located off of Sardis Road, approximately 1/2 mile north of Pineville-Matthews Road (Hwy 51). It's just 5 minutes to downtown Matthews with all it's shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to I-485 or the Arboretum Shopping Center, 15 minutes to SouthPark Mall, and 22 minutes to uptown Charlotte.
